DOCUMENT #1055 CONTROLLING THE SPACING BETWEEN AUDIT TRAIL LINES

Note: Management Access Security will be needed for all of the procedures in
this document. To place the call accounting in Management Access mode press
the MANAGEMENT ACCESS Key followed by the code number)

When the call accounting system is programmed to print an audit
trail of every call, it prints that information one line after
another with no spaces between the lines.

If spacing between the processed call record is needed the system
may be programmed for the amount of space required by using the
following steps;

          Press Management Access Key Put in the system code
          Press ENTER
          Press PROGRAM key
          Press 33
          Press ENTER
               The system will say; "SMDR #"
          Press 39
          Press ENTER
               The system will say; "VALUE"
          Press the number that represents how many spaces 
               are required between the processed call records.
          Press ENTER
               The system will say; "SMDR #" again
          Press ENTER once more to exit the program.
          Press the "$" sign located in the TELEPHONE within the TEL                        Electronics Logo in the upper right corner of the keypad -                  this forces the system to read the newly programmed value                 and space accordingly.

This programming procedure may be repeated until the spacing
between the processed call records conforms to your needs.
