DOCUMENT #1085 SETTING THE OPERATING MODE FOR THE INN-FORM/XL. (Note: Management Access Security will be needed for all of the procedures in this document. To place the call accounting in Management Access mode press the MANAGEMENT ACCESS Key followed by the code number) To set or change the operating mode of the INN-FORM/XL press the following keys; Press MGMT. ACCESS Put in the System Access code. Press ENTER. Press MODE SET key. The Display will say; "MODE #" or "E-MODE #. Press the number of the mode the system should be in. Press ENTER The Display will say: "MGMT ACCESS" Press MGMT. ACCESS to go back to time and date. Print a program #10 to check and verify that the system is in the desired mode. The current mode will be located at the end of the first or beginning of the second line in the Copyright section. The INN-FORM/XL has four different modes: Mode #O = The standard operating mode. (DEFAULT, the system will always return to this mode after a chip change or on a new install) Mode #7 = The same as the standard operating mode with the added feature of sending non-call data, like "WAKE- UP" calls, to the printer. Mode #8 = The direct pass through mode from the telephone system. This mode will print raw telephone call information to the printer. Mode #9 = The testing mode. The first line will be the raw telephone call data, directly from the phone system. The second line will be the same depending on Program #6 (Print NO CHARGE CALLS: YES/NO) call record information in the processed format or it will be a brief message explaining why the system did not process the call. The Messages can say; "checking fields bad" "insufficient input" "under grace period"
