Document #2025 PROGRAM 25. HOSPITALITY MASK A hospitality operation mask controls the added features of the INN-FORM Plus. Choose the options desired from the table below and add the corresponding numbers together to arrive at the mask number. (*=set by default) *1 Print guest calls on the Audit Trail. *2 Print non guest calls on the Audit Trail. *4 Store guest calls in memory. *8 Store non guest calls in memory. 16 Send guest calls to a Property Management System. 32 Send non guest calls to a Property Management System. 64 Send 0 charge calls to a Property Management System. 128 Print warning when exceeding remote system overflow point. *256 Include calls sent to a Property Management System in Extension and Check Out Reports. 512 Include checked out calls in Extension and Check Out Reports. 1024 Do not attempt to send checked out calls to a Property Management System. (see NOTE) 2048 Only include checked out calls on the Audit Report. (see NOTE) 4096 Send account codes (if present) to a Property Management System. 8192 Print a warning and Audit trail when calls cannot be sent to a Property Management System. 16384 Do not retry sending calls to a Property Management System after initial failure. (NOTE: Not to be included on systems connected to a PMS.) To set the hospitality mask: STEP 1. Get into Management Access by pressing the MGMT ACCESS key and entering your Management Access Code, (press ENTER). Press the PROGRAM key, then 25 ENTER. STEP 2. The system will display, "HOSPITALITY OPERATION MASK:". STEP 3. Enter the hospitality mask number you have calculated and press ENTER. When prompted for the remote system overflow, enter 65000. When prompted for the error call number, press ENTER. THE SUGGESTED DEFAULT HOSPITALITY MASK IS 8703.....
