     Starting with release 2 and above the SMDR port on the INN-FORM/PLUS and 
     the EXECUTIVE was a smart port and could receive on pin #2 or #3.  The 
     SMDR port listens until it hears which pin the telephone system is 
     transmitting on and then receives on that pin.
     
     The INN-FORM/PLUS and the EXECUTIVE provide DTR on pin #20 if 
     the PBX requires that DTR signal to send data.
