Examples of how to get specific reports.

PROBLEM:  How to print out a report of all Long Distance calls at
          the end of the day.

SOLUTION: Use restrict #4.  This restriction gives you 14 different
          call types to choose from.  Restriction #4 acts like a
          filter.  By selecting call type 3, for Long Distance it
          will restrict the information that will appear on the
          report to Long Distance calls.  After setting the
          restriction run the reports.

PROBLEM:  Getting reports with all calls from a specific beginning
          date to a specific ending date.

SOLUTION: Use Restriction #1.  Enter a four digit number that will
          represent the month and day (EXAMPLE 0925 means 9th month 
          and 25th day) and then press ENTER.  Put in the four 
          digit number representing the ending date in the same
          format.  Reports will only show calls from the restricted
          time frame.

PROBLEM:  To print an automatic multi report daily, weekly,       
          monthly or down to 10% available memory space.

SOLUTION: Using program #28 set the print mask for the number that
          tells the system when the Multi Reports are to be printed
          out.  It will also be necessary to program the
          corresponding Multi-Reports.
               256  = Daily (Multi-Report #1)
               512  = Weekly (Multi-Report #2)
               1024 = Monthly (Multi-Report #3)
               2048 = Available call memory down
                      to approximately 10% (Multi-Report #4)
               1536 = Weekly & Monthly (Combination) 

          NOTE: Since the automatic multi report programming is
          never cleared there is no Clear Mask.  At the Clear Mask
          prompt just press ENTER.
