Document #2055 AUTOMATIC MULTIPLE REPORTS FOR THE PLUS Any report that can be produced by pressing the system key pad can also be programmed to be done automatically by the call accounting system. Be careful not to skip any key strokes or the automatic report will not run. NUMERIC KEYS As Entered Use Program #28 to Program the "Print Mask". There is no "Clear Mask" if only the Multi Reports are used. There will be a "Clear Mask" if Activity and/or Trunk reports are being done automatically. See Program #28 in the system manual. For example if you want to do a Monthly Automatic Audit Report the "Print Mask" is 1024 and the "Clear Mask" is 0. EXAMPLE: How to Program an automatic daily report that will do an extensions audit and erase all calls from memory. 1. Go into Management Access. 2. Press "MULTI REPORTS" key. The display will read, "REPORT #". 3. Press -1 and the "ENTER" key. The display will read, ":_" 4. The system is now ready to be programmed for the exact steps that it will automatically execute every night at mid-night. 5. Press "MGMT ACCESS" key two times. Put in the system management access code and press the "ENTER" key. 8. Press "EXT, AUDIT" key. 9. Press "SUMMARY" or "DETAIL" depending on how the information is to appear on the extension audit report. 10. Press the "NO" key. 11. Press "MGMT ACCESS" key 12. The "CANCEL" key ends the definition of Multi Report #1. To verify that the key strokes were programmed correctly into the Automatic Report, Press the "MULTI REPORTS" key, number 7 and the "ENTER" key. The system will print out a menu of the six Multi Reports with characters representing each key that was pressed.
